Glass ceiling—the term used to describe “the set of invisible barriers that prevent women from climbing to the upper levels of the corporate ladder, regardless of their qualifications or achievements.” Glass is what we see.

Nudes burned onto glass with acid. Sensuality—but above all, truth. Indelible women inscribed upon an invisible barrier; only they can materialize it, for they live it, are contained by it, touch it, and serve as its very surface of display.
